Foochka or also known as Pani Puri has its own fanbase. These street snacks are widely popular in some South Asian countries, like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and few others. Every country has its own version of fuchka and is known in various names. These snacks are popular because of its tangy delicious taste and how easily you can eat it. These are considered to be a convenient food by most people. The primary ingredients of fuchka are Wheat flour, potato starch, corn flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt, and edible vegetable oil. This fuchka loose pack is very easy to prepare. You just need to heat the oil approx. 170-180C then put the pallets inside the frying pan and cook it for about 30-40 seconds. Once it turns golden brown, it is ready to be taken out.
